At first I assumed, "Oh, another anime drawing." But something captivated me to comment, and I'm so happy I did! Really, the coloring technique is supurb, I love the flat, pastel choice here. The pink hair and the purple really round this piece off nicely. On Vision, I gave you a 3 1/2, because without a background, even a neutral color, it seems incomplete. On originality, I gave you a 4, because she seems every peaceful, but trapped, though she doesn't seem to be the offending kind to get trapped in the first place. On technique, I gave you a 5, I LOVE the coloring and shading. Impact, I gave you a 3, because it needs a background! this could be a swell, fantastic piece, even possibly in the art nouveau style. But white is SO harsh. Please! please! Finish this piece and it could possibly be a 5 out of 5 piece!
Absolutely amazing! I love the coloring and you clearly know how to make digital drawings Only one thing: her butt is so low! I mean, the proportions don't make sense to me xD her waist seems really long.
She's lying on the ground in a stark white room. The "harshness" of the lack of background, at least to me, illustrates that she is alone in a place without borders or boundaries and yet she can not escape. She might not even want to. After all, if it's endless whiteness in every direction, what freedom could be gained by unlocking a leg manacle? So, while I agree with some of the critique in terms of it being great, I think a background would ruin it and needlessly clutter up a picture that already tells its story perfectly without such. Amazing picture.
